All orders shipped outside of the EU are subject to customs fees upon arrival and must be paid by the recipient before delivery will be attempted.
Any items held in stock in our store will be dispatched within 1 day. You will find this information at the top of the product description. Any other items are ordered from our suppliers and will have a few days wait times before we can dispatch them to you. Please see the wait times by supplier below.

Once your items arrive in-store they will then be shipped out to you. You will recieve shipping confirmation from us and from our delivery provider. This will differ depending on your country. See below who the providers are

All orders shipped with An Post. Current turnaround is 7 working days
EU
All orders shipped with An Post and then handed to the local delivery partner in each country. Current turnaround is 14 working days however we advise to check your local provider for more information.
US/Rest of World
All orders are shipped with DHL. Current turnaround is 10 days however check with your local DHL provider for more information.
All orders shipped outside of the EU are subject to customs fees upon arrival. They must be paid by the recipient before delivery will be attempted.
Returns/Exchanges
You have the right to cancel an order within this period, to do so you must inform us in writing. All cancelled items must be in the original condition / packaging, and will be inspected upon return.
Your right to cancel does not apply to intimate items of underwear such as:
Swimwear, Bodies, Briefs, G/Strings, Strapless Bras/Corsets and Hosiery.
Returns/exchanges can be returned to us via post or in store. Exchanges are subject to additional postage fees. Any exchanges will be processed once the return has been received and inspected.
